That's right...another Sunday recipe!

Today I got two yummy side dishes! Dilly mashed potatoes and chive carrots! So good!

Dilly Mashed Potatoes

2 lbs potatoes, peeled and diced
2 TBSP butter, softened
1/4 C milk
1/4 C sour cream
1/2 - 3/4 tsp dill weed
1/2 - 3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender; drain. Mash with remaining ingredients. Easy peesey!

Chive Carrots

1 lb carrots, julienned
1 garlic clove, minced
1 TBSP cooking oil
1 TBSP butter
2 TBSP minced fresh chives (or parsley)

Saute carrots and garlic in oil and butter for 3 minutes. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 10 minutes or until carrots are crisp-tender. Sprinkle with chives. Again, easy peesey!
